Automated User Provisioning (SCIM)
For organisations managing large user populations, manual account creation is a maintenance burden and a security risk. Phonemos supports SCIM 2.0 for automated user provisioning and deprovisioning from your identity provider. Users are created, updated, and deactivated in Phonemos automatically when their status changes in your directory — including group assignments and role mappings.

DevOps Connectors
Phonemos is the project and knowledge platform for business users and stakeholders — the large majority of project participants. Engineers keep the specialised DevOps toolchain that their stack requires. Connectors bridge the two layers so that delivery data and business knowledge stay in sync without duplication.
Jira connector: Import issues, epics, and sprints from Jira into Phonemos objects. Link delivery tracking in Jira to requirements, specifications, and documentation in Phonemos. Keeps business users in their platform while developers stay in theirs.
YouTrack connector: The same model for JetBrains YouTrack environments.
Both connectors are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Further DevOps integrations are available via the REST API.
AI & LLM Integration
Phonemos doesn’t lock you into one AI provider. Three integration points are available today:
Bring your own LLM: Connect any OpenAI-compatible endpoint: Microsoft Copilot, Mistral, a local on-premise model, or any other provider. Per-site opt-in means sensitive content never touches an LLM unless explicitly configured.
MCP server: Exposes your Phonemos knowledge base as grounded context for any enterprise AI platform or agent that supports the Model Context Protocol. One integration, any compatible AI platform.
AI-powered semantic search: Configurable embeddings engine; default is Mistral AI (cloud), with the option to use your own endpoint.
