We comply with the requirements of Swiss Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As a result of the EU Commission's adequacy decision, an adequate level of data protection is ensured in Switzerland in accordance with Article 45 (3) GDPR.

Certified information security

linkyard has an information security management system that has been externally reviewed, systematically documented and applied in accordance with ISO 27001:2022.

All employees of linkyard ag are subjected to a thorough security screening. A large proportion of employees also have a valid, extended personal safety check.

Business continuity management

We have regularly tested business continuity plans and do not just rely on emergency plans from our infrastructure operators. In an emergency, we are able to replace critical suppliers within the company at short notice.
